Overview

Virtual reality (VR) therapy is a potential non-pharmacological approach to minimise distress for people with dementia who are hospitalised. The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility and acceptability of the NeuronsVR headset for people with dementia who are hospitalised.

Declaration of competing interest: This study is part funded by NeuronsVR, the developer and supplier of the VR Headsets. This money funded the employment of a Research Assistant to deliver the intervention. NeuronsVR had no part in designing the study and was not involved in the conduct or analysis of the study.
